4.1 Health and Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE: Prosper & Adore shapewear products, including those described as "Colombian-inspired" or referencing compression principles, are fashion and body-shaping garments. They are NOT medical devices, therapeutic goods, or substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our products have not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States, or any other medical regulatory body. If you have recently undergone surgery (including caesarean section, liposuction, tummy tuck, or any abdominal procedure), please consult your physician before wearing compression garments.

Prosper & Adore does not store payment card data.
