1. Our Commitment
At Prosper & Adore, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that shapewear sizing can be personal and sometimes requires adjustment. That is why we have designed our return and exchange policy to be straightforward, fair, and aligned with our brand promise: wrong size, we exchange — no questions.
2. Exchange Policy — 14 Days
We offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If the size is not right, contact us at support@prosperandadore.com with your order number and preferred new size, and we will arrange the exchange.
Exchange Shipping:
Prosper & Adore covers return shipping costs for size exchanges. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You do not pay to exchange for a better fit. We offer one free size exchange per order.
3. Refund Policy — 14 Days
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery. A flat return shipping fee of $7.95 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage costs. This fee applies to change-of-mind returns only — not to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
To initiate a return for refund, contact support@prosperandadore.com with your order number and reason for return.
4. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn (trying on at home to assess fit is permitted and encouraged)
• Unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, body oil, or any product residue
• Free from signs of wear including stretched elastic, pilling, or fabric distortion
We understand that you need to try the garment on to assess the fit. “Unworn” means you have not worn it outside the home for extended use. Trying it on, checking the fit in a mirror, and deciding you need a different size is exactly what this policy is designed for.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Gift cards
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product), contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prosperandadore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
• Prosper & Adore covers all return shipping costs
• We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you
• Do not return damaged items unless specifically instructed by our support team
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Email support@prosperandadore.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and whether you would like an exchange (specify new size) or a refund.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 3: Ship the item to the return address provided. For exchanges, use the prepaid label. For refund returns, you may use the prepaid label (the $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund) or arrange your own shipping.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Address: Returns are shipped to our US-based fulfilment warehouse. The specific return address will be provided when you initiate a return through our support team. Do not ship returns to our Australian business address.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

9. Australian Consumer Law
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. For faulty goods, your consumer guarantee rights apply regardless of whether the 14-day return window has passed.
10. United States Consumer Rights
For customers in the United States, your rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy’s timeframes.
11. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
